It’s post-mortem time here at the CCL. I’ve been catching up with everything that isn’t Comic Con International: San Diego 2008 (thanks to Augie for the correction), but it’s not as easy as I’d like. As I thought there have been tons of Blog posts and articles that recap the Con and the Comics Reporter has compiled a giant list.
There is, however, other news in the Collected Edition world, so let’s get to it now:

• Dark Horse, is adding their classic horror reprint line (Creepy and Eerie) with Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery (Gold Key). All 96 issues will be collected in four hardcover volumes. The first of which will be published in 2009.
• 2008 may have been IDW’s last CCI. That’s OK, mine was 2006.
• Here’s the Official Press Release for Valiant’s Archer & Armstrong: First Impressions HC due out September 24.
• Marvel/Icon is collecting the first three issues of Kick-Ass in Kick-Ass Must Have due out September 3.
• Ballantine is going to collect the Garfield Minus Garfield strips by Dan Walsh. PR at The Beat.
• Review: Don MacPherson, Eye on Comics on Zot! 1987-1991: The Complete Black and White Collection TPB
• Review: Collected Editions Blog on Outsiders: Five of a Kind TPB (DC Comics)
