Daredevil Omnibus HC Vol. 2 by Bendis & Maleev (JUL090584, $99.99) will now contain Daredevil #61-#81, What If? Karen Page and Ultimate Marvel Team-Up #6-#8. It will no longer contain Daredevil: Ninja #1-#3, as originally solicited.
Ultimate X-Men HC Vol. 9 (JUN090614, $34.99) will have 232 pages, not 240 pages.
Spider-Man: Spider-Man and Human Torch (MAY090575, $19.99) has been retitled Spider-Man & The Human Torch HC.

It’s probably a good thing that the Daredevil Omnibus no longer includes Daredevil: Ninja, since it wasn’t all that good. The inclusion of the Ultimate Marvel Team-Up issues doesn’t make much sense though, since they don’t even take place in the same comics universe and they weren’t drawn by Maleev.
I’ve never read Ninja or the Ultimate books, but your right, Marc, it does seem out of place.
Also, in case you missed it The Life And Times Of Martha Washington In The Twenty-First Century has been moved from this week to September 30th. So much for getting it released by July 4.
