DAY 4 and other missed info
- Jack Kirby’s Silver Star and Captain Victory will continue at Image! The Silver Star Trade is out now and Captain Victory will be out August 1
- Mark Evanier and Sergio Aragonés said that there will soon be a collected trade paperback of the Magnor series
- The long sold out OOP book Tim Sale: Black and White will get reprinted as Tim Sale: Black and White, Revised and Expaned due in December
DAY 3
- Eisner Award Winners I’ll go over all of these in the next show
- Christos Gage and wife (and writing partner) Ruth Fletcher Gage to write The Lion of Rora, a historical graphic novel Let’s give it up for the Greek!
- Joe Quesada on the Spider-Man “Brand New Day” storyline and its future trades Also this story has a strange hint to a letter Bob Gale (screenwriter of Back to the Future) wrote in 1967 copy of Tales of Suspense. A new collected edition of his work? I don’t know if it means anything, but I thougt I would point it out.
- The Complete Monkeyman & O’Brien reprinted in one of those “gigantic, mind-numbingly big” volumes
DAY 2
- Image and Rob Liefeld announce a Youngblood Hardcover collection
- Joe Hill and IDW will publish a new edition of his “20th Century Ghosts”
- IDW has even a few more editions too, including a new Harlan Ellison work
- By the end of this summer, BOOM! will be offering a line of trade paperback graphic novels collecting their popular series, including TALENT, HERO SQUARED, TAG, DEATH VALLEY, and X ISLE.

- DC Gets Heroes Hardcover Coming this Fall
- Creepy and Eerie to get the Archive treatment from Dark Horse
- Indiana Jones Omnibuses from Dark Horse
- :01 First Second will release Paul Pope’s sprawling four-volume sci-fi epic, Total THB, in 2009. Also look for a two volume set of Battling Boy
- Top Shelf Productions will release Pat Mills and Kevin O’Neill’s Marshal Law in a deluxe omnibus edition.
- Matt Wagner and a good bit of Grendel reprint news
- Jeff Smith’s brand new oversized black and white series “Rasl” and its 2009 smaller color collected edition
- Ed Burns, Jimmy Palmiotti and Virgin announce the new series “Dock Walloper” and its May 2008, 114 page collected edition
- Ultimate Blade Runner DVD announcement. Now that is a collected edition!!!
