But in the meantime check out three good articles that came out in the Detroit Free Press this past weekend:
“A new day for the Dark Knight” and “The psychology of the Caped Crusader” by Terry Lawson and “Batman Reloaded: Crafting a credible Caped Crusader means following certain rules” by Julie Hinds

Thanks to the guys over at the Marvel Masterworks Fansite, the 50th Masterwork is the The Captain Marvel Masterworks Volume 1. This will be available in September.
Also, they report that the 51st Masterwork will be The Golden Age Human Torch Masterworks Volume 1. That one is scheduled for October.

Hey, Gang, I’ve almost got the DNS figured out. I hope to have a Podcast up late Tuesday night for the new releases on Wednesday.
In the meantime, so great news came out of Philadelphia this weekend. DC will be producing a Marvel Essential-like series called DC Showcase Presents. The books will be about 500 pages in length and have a cover price of $16.99. The first two volumes, due out in September, will focus on Superman and Green Lantern. Jonah Hex, Justice League of America and Metamorpho will follow the next three consecutive months. For all the new on this project, The Pulse’s Jennifer Contino has an
interview with DC’s Bob Greenberger.
